There will be SOME product items which Are Not Shipped to Bermuda ( this is considered in shipping as Worldwide.)   So buyers please beware and carefully read before purchasing.

For example,

There are both many positives and many negatives with using the dropshipping sales model. A huge positive is that you don't have to hold your own stock and incur all the costs associated with this, the downside of this however, is that you have to rely on the suppliers on the quality of the product as well as the shipping times and you have a lot less control over this. Your seller, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, does not have any contractual obligation to you as the shop owner or to your customers to deliver within a certain time frame that you have advised the customers.

If you are using a dropshipping model then we would always advise our merchants to ensure that the customer is fully aware that shipping times may vary or to prepare them that there could be delays. That is with normal economic circumstances, and without the extra delays caused by the current pandemic that we are in.

If a customer is unhappy with an item, whether this may be due to either the delivery date being not as specified or the quality of the product, that you are selling on your own store then you would be responsible for the refunding of these products and not the supplier. If this is a regular occurrence and an ongoing problem for you and your customers then perhaps you might want to look into other potential suppliers if you are unhappy with your current one.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seller. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

If you just received a shipping notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.
